Welcome to The OK Garage Doctor. We are honored to serve you. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the professional organizing services provided by The OK Garage Doctor ("Company," "we," "us") to you ("Client," "you"). By scheduling a consultation or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Services

The OK Garage Doctor offers professional garage organization services, which may include, but are not limited to:

• Consultation: An in-person or virtual assessment of your garage to understand your needs, goals, and the scope of the project.

• Decluttering: Guided, hands-on assistance in sorting belongings into categories such as "Keep," "Donate/Sell," and "Toss."

• Cleaning: General cleaning of the garage space after it has been decluttered, including sweeping, wiping surfaces, and preparing the area for organization.

• Organization: Creating and implementing a functional organizational system for your belongings.

• Product Sourcing & Installation: Recommending, sourcing, and professionally installing storage solutions, such as plastic shelving units, as agreed upon with the Client.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Decision Making: The Client is responsible for making all final decisions regarding the disposal, donation, sale, or keeping of their belongings. While we provide guidance, The OK Garage Doctor will not discard any items without the Client's explicit consent.

• Safe Work Environment: The Client agrees to provide a safe and accessible work environment. This includes securing any pets and ensuring the garage is free from hazardous conditions.

• Presence: For decluttering sessions, it is highly recommended that the Client is present and available to make decisions to ensure an efficient and satisfactory process.

3. Payment Terms

• Quotes: Following an initial consultation, we will provide a detailed quote or project proposal outlining the estimated cost of services. This will be based on one of our service packages or a custom scope of work.

• Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your project date. This amount will be specified in your project proposal.

• Final Payment: Full payment for all services and materials is due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise specified in writing.

• Materials: The cost of organizational products (shelving, bins, labels, etc.) is not included in the labor fee. These items will be itemized separately on your invoice. A markup may be applied to cover sourcing and procurement time.

• Junk Removal: Fees for third-party junk removal services are the responsibility of the Client and will be billed separately.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances can change. We request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of a scheduled session.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Deposits may be non-refundable for cancellations made with insufficient notice, as specified in your project proposal.

5. Liability and Damages

• The OK Garage Doctor will exercise the utmost care and respect when handling your property. However, we shall not be liable for any damage or loss, including any that may occur during the cleaning or organizing process.

• We are not responsible for assessing the value of any items. The Client is responsible for securing or removing any items of extreme value (monetary or sentimental) from the work area before the session begins.

• We carry general liability insurance.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All client information, both personal and related to your home, will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your express consent, except as required by law.

7. Photo Release

We are proud of our work and love to showcase our transformations. We may request to take "before and after" photographs of your space. These images will only be used for our website, social media, and other marketing materials with your explicit written permission. We will respect your privacy and ensure no personally identifiable information is visible.

8. Termination of Service

The OK Garage Doctor reserves the right to terminate services at any time if we deem
